I've ordered several quilt related items from Cotton Patch over the years and each time they have been great.

The items have arrived within a couple of days, except in circumstances beyond their control and in those cases, I've been kept updated on progress.

Their fabric is always cut generously. Packages are well packed and arrive in good condition.

My latest experience has surpassed my expectations. I ordered Electric Quilt 8 software at lunchtime on Friday. The package was delivered by 10.30am on Saturday.

I'd also forgotten to add the book, phoned the store and they were extremely helpful, adding it to ship with the software.

In this day and age, it's refreshing to find good customer service via online.

I’ve bought from this website a couple of times. The search function on the website is no good at all but once you finally find what you’re looking for then the products are great and the prices are low. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Difficult buying fabric for my next quilt online. Staff immensely helpful by email. Changed my mind several times but Jayne accommodated my requests. Lovely Kaffe Fassett charm packs. Swift delivery for the cold, wet and snowy weekend. Quilt top almost pieced! Thank you.

I ordered batting (wadding) - the order came quickly and was properly packaged. Many thanks to Dawn who packed the order. I would happily use Cotton Patch again.

I have been ordering from Cotton Patch for about 5 years now and have always found their service to be very prompt. They have an extensive range of fabrics, and the website is easy to navigate.

Great selection of fabrics for my needs (Kaffe Fassett at the moment). Would like a little more friendly service while purchasing. Approach to offer support if needed and a little conversation.

For the first time I recently bought some lovely fabrics of Kaffe Fassett from The Cotton Patch. Unfortunately one of the fabrics I recieved turned out to be a fabric, I did not order. Rapidly they responded and send me the correct fabric with a "sorry" note. They said that I could keep the "wrong" fabric, which I am sure of, that I can make good use of, thank you so much.
It will not be the last time, that I will shop in here again.

An excellent website with a brilliant range of products for quilters and sewers. Prices are very good and ordering very easy: order updates sent by email and goods arrive very quickly. I had a problem with one delivery and the staff really went that extra mile to help sort things out. A lovely company to deal with who will get my return business again & again!
